Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including sizes, materials and finishes. Photographs are illustrative — colours can vary between screens, and mouldings can vary slightly between production batches.

Prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Whether tax is included is stated at checkout. Trade and quantity pricing, where it applies, is shown on the product page or provided in a written quotation.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order it, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Quotations

A written quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Quantities, specifications and freight are as set out in the quotation.

Payment

Payment is due as set out at checkout. Where a payment method requires payment on delivery, the order is dispatched on that basis.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
