Where we deliver

We dispatch from New Delhi and deliver across India.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment is confirmed, or once a payment-on-delivery order is verified. You will receive an email when your order ships, with courier and tracking details where they are available.

Delivery times and charges

Delivery time and freight cost depend on the destination and the size of the consignment. Mannequins and dress forms are bulky, so freight on larger quantities is quoted per order rather than charged at a flat rate.

Bulk and freight consignments

For bulk orders we will confirm the freight arrangement, the expected transit time and any unloading requirements in writing before dispatch.

Receiving your order

Please check the packaging on delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged, note it with the courier and photograph it before opening.

Failed delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody was available or the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply.
