Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can usually amend or cancel it. Once it has shipped, the return process applies instead.

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save delivery addresses and keep a wishlist, and it is required for trade pricing.

We dispatch from New Delhi and deliver across India. Delivery timelines and charges depend on the destination and the size of the consignment — mannequins and forms are bulky items, so freight is quoted per order for larger quantities.

Forms and full-body mannequins are packed to travel. Knock-down models ship disassembled in their component parts and are straightforward to put back together without tools.

Please contact us before ordering if you would like to collect from our New Delhi location, and we will confirm availability and a time.

Tell us within the window set out in our Return & Refund Policy, with photographs of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for goods damaged in transit.

Our Return & Refund Policy sets out which items can be returned and in what condition. Custom and bulk orders made to a specific requirement are treated differently — please check before ordering.

Female dress forms are listed in sizes 8, 10, 12 and 14, and male forms in sizes 36, 38, 40 and 42. The bust, waist and hip measurements for each size are printed on the product page so you can match what you already use.

Yes. The dress and body forms are fully pinnable, so they suit sewing and pattern work as well as display and photography.

The full-body mannequins are moulded in polypropylene or PE plastic, with metal or tempered glass bases. The material for each product is listed under its specifications.

Yes. We supply retailers, fashion labels, boutiques, manufacturers, wholesalers, exhibitions and visual merchandising teams. Send a business enquiry with the products and quantities you need and we will come back with pricing and lead times.

Yes. Use the business enquiry form to request a quotation. You will receive a reference number, and the quotation will set out unit prices, quantities and how long it stays valid.

Trade pricing is based on quantity bands, which are shown on the product page where they apply. Get in touch if your requirement sits outside the published bands.

The payment methods available at checkout are shown when you place your order. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store your card details.
