Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Change of mind

Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within the period stated here. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility.

What cannot be returned

Custom-made items and items produced to a specific requirement cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Bulk orders are subject to the terms of their quotation.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and how to send the item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow the payment provider's usual processing time for the money to appear.
